“We had an amazing time,the surroundings are just incredible,so beautiful and peaceful.My family really enjoyed the barn and we played board games,lit a fire which was fabulous.The option to BBQ also.We had such fun.Our huts were just gorgeous,everything was spotlessly clean,the bed was so comfortable and the bedding was to a very high standard.We took a stroll through the meadow and had a turn in the paddle boat on the the water on the grounds,so much fun.The hosts really take great care of this...

“As there isn’t on-site parking, we worried about where to put the car. No problem at all - directly across the small road and next to the hotel are parking places, and the hotel validates the parking (it is free to you, the guest). The room we stayed in was a good size, had a great bathroom and shower, and a comfortable bed. “Carhy and Paul were consummate hosts that anticipated our every need and then some. The chioce of breakfasts were the best that we have ever had and the evening meals were delicious and beautifully presented. Our room was bright, and so welcoming. The beds were confortable too. I really cannot say enough good about our stay other than I wish it had been much longer. A perfect place to stay !!”

“Great little locally owned place. The food was good. The pub was great. Friendly locals gathered as well as fellow travelers. Had a great time and really enjoyed staying at the hotel so much, we decided to stay another night. The staff was also very accommodating where they could be, although we did have a few issues. We had some trouble with no heat in our room the first night. The staff was quick to respond to turn it on that evening; however, it didn't get/stay on, so it never warmed up, and...

“Overall stay was good. Room was very clean and the staff were friendly. No early checkin was available, so I had to wait nearly 3 hours to get my room. Parking is terrible for this place. Basically, a dirt parking lot. Very difficult to find a spot. Also, paid about $30 dollars for the fish and chips. TERRIBLE. Peas were nearly cold and poor quality fish. Would not eat there again but I would stay there for location and cleanliness.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Matty’s Apartment. It was cozy and comfortable with plenty of room for our family. We liked having the kitchen space. Matty met us at check in to show us around and gave us lots of tips about the area and great sites to visit. We would definitely stay here again!”
