"Parking was awkward not very well signed posted, no staff answered the buzzer at the Parking gate. No parking code shared prior to the arrival. The pillows are flat not puffy like they should be, the door is not shutting properly 😑."

"It’s a very clean hotel and well-maintained. It was convenient to get to with public transit to and from Part Dieu train station, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel that gets you to Place Bellecour and close to Vieux Lyon. We’d stay here again. The only problem was that one of the young women at the front desk was very sour when we checked in. All other staff were great!"

"Great staff. The AC worked well. We asked for extra pillows and they were really nice about that. The hotel has a complementary washing machine which is great if you have been traveling for a long time."

"Room had such an odd and strong smell. Maybe moldy. Ceiling and grout of shower was very dirty. Shower was annoying to use kept pointing outside of the area. There’s a small homeless encampment in the courtyard by the entrance as well. They had a security guard in the lobby at night at least. Staff however was nice and helpful."

"The location is unbeatable, i had a late night car return and an early train to catch, the location of the hotel allowed me to waste no time getting settled in quickly. Their breakfast was ready by 5:30, so I was able to eat before get to the station, which was really nice"
