"The hotel is wonderfully placed for the train station and a relatively short walk to the town centre and the numerous Colleges. The staff are really friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom facilities great. Highly recommend the hotel"

"All the staff had excellent customer service, especially the night manager lady.so friendly. Had a lovely stay,spacious bedroom, comfortable bed, the bathroom was also very well designed, with a large powerful shower. Breakfast was tasty and filling, as was the evening meal. Only 1 draw back is the £20 a day car charge,think that is unfair when you are staying in any hotel and spending alot of money on accommodation and food and drink,this should be waivered."

"Overall, it's a decent hotel. There is nothing special about it, but it's good. The lobby is very nice, with restaurant and drinks available. The food and drinks were good. The staff was very nice and welcoming. My only real complaint is that water got hot, but it did not get really hot, and the water pressure was terrible. With all that said, I would stay there again"
