"Room clean and met our needs. Instructions about shuttle service from airport were not clear about hours not covered because of staff break. Caused over 1 hr wait in a hot outdoor waiting area."

"We were disappointed withe condition of the room. The bathroom sink had lots of cracks, the floors were chipped in a number of places. 4 beers and 2 burgers were $128. Euros, ridiculous. The price of the room did not equate with the condition of the room. When we checked out were charged for premium internet, no one told us. Will not recommend this hotel. I know that no one will call us about this."

"The hotel is fine and located a few miles away from CDG airport. What I didn't like is the shuttle service, which is announced to be free but you should call a given number when you arrive at the airport. Well, I've called, then called, and called again, and nobody picked up the phone. I finally called a Uber (12 euros). When I've arrived at the hotel, I talked to a girl waiting in line with me for the check-in, who had had exactly the same experience. Nobody answered her call for the shuttle. We both looked with astonishment at the two guys seating by the shuttle and smoking and chatting while they were supposed to pick us up. By the way, the shuffle the day after, to go back to the airport, didn't work either, because the "last departure" is at 9am (and my flight was scheduled in the early afternoon). So, consider there are other hotels in the area: if this one is slightly cheaper, don't give it priority because you'll have most likely to add 20 euros in the budget for your Uber cars."

"Wanted to stay close to CDG airport for return flight to US. Really not looking for much else. A what a wonderful experience. Staff was great. A travelers’ hotel. Efficient. Nice bar. Nice restaurant. But best part was a 5 minute walk to Terminal where we caught a train to our departure terminal. We were checked in, bags dropped, and through security in 1 hour. Super easy. No stress. Far better than I expected."

"We stayed at H4 Hotel in Paris and had a very pleasant experience. The best part was its location directly opposite a metro station, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. While there isn't much to do in the immediate surrounding area, a 20–30 minute metro ride takes you to the city center, which was our main goal during this trip. As a family traveling with a child, we didn't want to stay in a tiny, cramped hotel room, so we chose this hotel for its spacious accommodations. The room was large, clean, and well-maintained, and the hotel was professionally managed. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries provided were of good quality. Considering that we visited Paris in mid-May, the hotel was reasonably priced and offered excellent value for money. We appreciated having a comfortable room with air conditioning and a clean environment, rather than paying a similar price for a small, overcrowded hotel room with no AC and no elevator. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris, and H4 Hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing place to return to each day. I would definitely recommend it to travelers looking for good value, space, cleanliness, and easy access to public transportation."

"At check-in the staff were excellent, but the restaurant/bar 'manager' had an atrocious-sour demeanor. I don't know his name except he was about mid -twenties, bearded with a silver chaining hanging around his neck. In area outside that can only be described as cramped and minimal, the metal tabletop fell off when I sat down. This so-called 'manager' to me (in broken English) - I think you understand English (it's my native language) and I told you the table was not "normal." Not true. I told he was insulting and that I intended to complain about his bad, disrespectful attitude. He didn't care."
