"Our room was so cute and felt absolutely private! Perfect getaway. I ranked down 1 star only because there was no fan in bathroom and the tub plug didn’t fit. Also we left special requests that were not fulfilled like extra water and regular sugar. But otherwise it was such an enjoyable stay! "

"I stayed in a low price four person room on the 10th floor. Overall, I think it was great for the price, so a good value. There is AC and a thermostat to control the temp, which helped a lot, even in Feb! I try to be very quiet when other people are sleeping so it was complicated to be on the top bunk. Any time I needed something from my suitcase I needed to unlock the locker, take the suitcase out, put the suitcase on the top bunk, and climb up to do anything. There wasn't enough floor space to put the suitcase on the floor, except maybe in the entry area. My one main complaint would be that the shower water never got hot and the water flow was pretty low."

"They closed the pool AND hot tub for the entire evening for 1 broken glass. How can a property that size not have a maintenance crew capable of cleaning that up in a timely manner to re-open the facilities THAT WE PAY TO USE for the 1 night we get to stay there?? Unacceptable and DO NOT RECOMMEND you stay here "

"This was my first time in LA, and I can say the hotel made the experience amazing. The customer service from start to finish was top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again. The spa was 10/10 as well, and the food was good. I only had the opportunity to go to one restaurant outside the hotel, and the cocktails and food there were excellent. This is an ideal place to stay if you are visiting that area. I highly recommend it. Thank you to the JW Marriott and staff for making my trip such a good one!"

"Rats bed bugs blood urine feces mold cigarette holes predatory and abusive owner, maid is scared for her life and gets all her tips stolen and is underpaid and blackmailed. They also cut off all wifi and intenet signals to our room as soon as we requested a refund. And Hotels.com does buisness with these people. We left with bug bites, one of us now has a sinus infection, and another had an asthma attack and went to ER for nebulizer treatments. Hotels.com was completely unwilling to help. This is more than a mediocre experience. This caused health issues. And all we got was a "no refunds sorry" and "we will kick you out if you complain again" while hours away from home with no more money."
