“Large free car park. Staff were super friendly and soon sorted out some room problems. Dining area has been recently refurbished with a pleasant outlook over the canal. Corridor areas and the rooms we stayed in, although clean, large and functional seemed a bit tired and in need of a refurb. Powerful shower. Lift doesn't go to all floors. Doesn't seem to have Air conditioning. Breakfast was fine. Good location about 1 mile from Skipton town centre. Bus stop opposite takes you into Skipton if...

“The hotel and lake setting is beautiful. The spa is too expensive when you are limited to only two hours when it is extremely quiet.”

“6 people stayed in our group. Disappointing that we were charged £25 per couple for early check-in. Even as it was only 30 minutes before normal check in. Reception was not up to speed with our bookings as we had pre-paid for everything but when we checked out they got mixed up and printed bill for full amount. Until we very politely informed them.
