“It was not brought to our attention that traveling by a rentable golf cart is the preferred mode of transportation around the resort Also, we had a problem with ants the last day We booked Spa activities and was not told that it was not really a good idea to go on foot that golf cart or vehicle instead of a 1 mile hike straight up the mountain”

“This may have been the LOUDEST hotel I have ever stayed out. We were were on the ground level next to an exit door that would slam shut extremely loud all night long as people left or entered the building. We also could hear noises above our room throughout the evening. About the worst night sleep in a long time. The desk agent was not able to move us when we asked for a different room. I would never stay at this hotel again even though it was very clean and relatively modern.”
