"Clean room quiet would stay there again."

"Nice, well-maintained property right downtown. Older hotel but appears to have been recently updated and refurbished nicely. Staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. No free breakfast, but the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was fine. The only downside I saw was that there is no hotel parking lot or valet parking. Instead, you need to drive around back of the hotel and down an alley and then there is a modest, multi-story, city-owned parking lot basically across from the back entrance to the hotel. I was traveling with someone with mobility issues and was able to park in the short-term parking right in front of the hotel to drop him off, then go park in the city garage, but I am glad I didn't have to make him walk directly to where we had to park the car for the night."

"Staffs were friendly. Check in was fast. Rooms were big and spacious. At around 1:00am there was this drilling noise that came from the window. Woke us up multiple times. I recorded the noise and shared it with the front desk staff. She quickly moved us to a new room which we were able to sleep comfortably. First room wasn’t as cleaned. There were food scraps on the floor but the second room was cleaned well. Target was across the street so it was convenient to walk to instead of driving. Photos are from the first room. "

"The shower was dirty. Foot prints in tub and strands of long darl hair on shower wall (we all have red hair) they said they would come clean it and never did. The wifi was very slow. Could not watch a whole tv show because it would "load" every few minutes. Breakfast was ok. Same thing everyday. Cold hard boiled eggs. Hot n cold cereal. Waffles. Bagels. Overall it was just ok. Although i probably wouldnt stay there again."

"Went for a 2 day stay , the hotel room absolutely perfect, nothing wrong loved it, breakfast was okay wish it was hotter but they had fresh cinnamon rolls so no breakfast complaints, now the only thing I didn’t like was I bought this hotel for a heated pool and when we went down to go swimming the water was ice cold not cold ICE we asked about it and apparently it was broken I just wish I knew about that before booking because that was the main reason I got the hotel in the first place."

"Don’t like the fact that breakfast is not included and that you would be charged For bottled water where as in other Hilton properties these perks are included. Recommend you raise the hotel price a couple of bucks and include these perks. It simply looks like you are nickel and dimming your customers when you do this. All in all our stay here was very good."
