โJoan at front desk was very helpful in making special arrangements for our group. She was super friendly and went out of her way during our stay. โ
โEverything was very nice, comfortable bed, clean room, nice pool and gym available. On the negative side, the extracter fan in the bathroom didnโt work and not a smart TV. They have Direct TV but there were some satellite issues.โ
โI brought my mom and dad and originally asked for a 2 queen bed room but then asked for a handicap room for my mom.. ended up with a king. 3 in one bed did not work out. I got a cot, worked much better. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was warm. And no microwave. The hand held shower did not work so I was unable to help my mom shower. Only the overhead shower worked. โEnjoyed our stay. Would have liked restaurant/bar opened more. Front desk staff were very nice and the valets were quick and very willing to help. The area around the hotel was not great. Not many dining or shopping options within a reasonable walking distance. โ
โThe hotel itself was different from what Iโm used to and I think thatโs what drew me in. Loved the large windows and the views if the city. Loved the king bed and how simple the room was. Perfect for a quick trip but would be a great option for an extended one as well since there were many walkable options and travel by car was quick too. Will definitely seek out Kasa hotels in the future!โ
