Itinerary states 2pm check in. Scheduled around that time. Showed up and told was not aloud till 4pm. A/C unit was so loud you could not sleep and it really did not cool the room. Ended up having to go buy a fan. Room was never serviced. Booked for three nights and they never changed out towels or garbages. Shelf in bathroom was falling off and you could not put anything on it. Shower spray was so weak it took ten minutes just to get wet. Will never book there again.

Not as advertised- no outdoor chairs to sit on. Not told about construction before we paid for 4 nights. No view because of construction pile up. --- all the past patio chairs. As in picture. When I complained to owner about that and about not even having a dishcloth to wash dishes - he said you should of asked for one! - no dish cloth arrived and no comments about paying full price for walking through mud / 1st day and no view as seen in booking photos / and never will be again! After you walked down about 20 stairs - now you walk through the pool area / 2 ft away / through a gate to get to the suite door! Advertising pictures are old and false.

The air conditioner barely worked. It was near 26 in the room most of the night even with windows open. Grass has not been watered/maintained. Weeds around the property. Room for the most part was clean except under the bed. There is no microwave in the room.

The floors were bad enough that we kept our shoes on as we were sticking to the floor. The girl friend used a towel to wash the floor from the bathroom to the bed. It was black and disgusting. We will never stay there again. There was two beds and one looked like it was slept in and just made up. Use to be a great place to stay but I think it has changed owners.

The room was nothing like the pictures, I was disappointed by the run down furnature, the lack of cleanliness and the room was hot when we got there and the air conditioning is positioned above the door, so difficult to reach and very loud. The motel is situated on a busy street which significant noise.

I stayed at this same motel a year ago. The room that I had had a queen size bed and a kitchenette in the bathroom and it was clean and it was awesome for the amount of money I paid this year. I didn’t get the kitchenette I wanted to, but it wasn’t available and I got room with two double beds or queen whatever it was very it was dirty and it was yeah I don’t know. Is the owner sick or something cause there’s there’s like a very huge noticeable difference and I will not go back again.

This place needs a lot of repairs, I can’t believe Expedia would even list this motel.. There was broken glass in the driveway where I Parked in front of my room.. I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone The person who checked me in was fine Also there was glass in the parking spot where my room was. There’s a bit of a yard in front with a BBQ with long grass, the back of the motel was in worse condition, long grass..Terrible over all for a motel..It should be condemned.

I was locked out of my room every single day because they didn’t have my key programmed so every day at 11 or something my keyboard shut off and I would have to go have it reactivated. There were people walking around that were obvious extremely high on drugs and I asked the front desk person if that was something that’s normal and it just kind of shrug and smiled and I was like OK. I guess I need to stay inside. It was extremely dirty where other peoples trash was there there’s mold growing in the shower and it was just god-awful and because I was American and in Canada, I didn’t really have a choice to do anything different and if I could get my money back, I would.

Adequate for the price, but I looked under the bed to make sure I didn’t lose anything, and it was quite dusty and dirty. I had asked for a non-smoking room and there was a strong smell of smoke. I had sent them a message regarding that via Expedia, but I didn’t get any response. Bring your own soap cuz the one they leave you to shower with is not much bigger than a Chiclet

The bedding was clean, the bed comfort was OK. The bathroom walls and ceiling needs a good cleaning top to bottom. The floor in the entire unit needs a good scrub. The bathroom fan did not work and the light in the bathroom was flickering between bright and dim. We asked to have it replaced, but never happened. The whole motel has a definite run down feel and appearance about it. To sum up this place is at the low end of adequate.
