Rooms are spacious and well designed, separate WC from the shower and sink which is great. Lots of plugs and adapters available in the room. Great views. "Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly attentive staff from concierge and shuttle service to ski fitting, housekeeping and restaurant team, all impeccable. Enjoyed the views and amenities in the suite and super handy location for skiing, easy 5 minute walk to gondola and 10 min walk in to town. Would stay again."

"We were able to check in early, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking was available. Food at the restaurant was good. Communication was a bit of a challenge, since we spoke English and the staff mostly spoke French but there was a man at the bar/restaurant who spoke English. The elevator is a bit small and the winding road to drive to the hotel was a challenge but the place is beautiful up in the mountains."

"First time visiting Crans-Montana and we were not disappointed - the hotel was a little older but extremely well maintained and very cozy. The staff were so friendly and the restaurant onsite had an amazing fondue offering. They have a drop off and pick up ski service that made it super easy to get on the mountain as well. We'd like to come back in the summer and will definitely consider staying here again."
