“The stay was good. The pub was clean, the staff really friendly and the food was good too. But I'm not sure about putting guests in the top floor rooms with only a fan! The rooms were unbearably hot. The fan did nothing and the only time the room cooled was the early hours of the morning. Not good!”

“The requested room was an ensuite, it had a toilet and bath , no shower which might be problematic for some. The room didn't have a fan which meant I had to have the windows open all night which was noisy. I paid for a basic room and that's what I got.”

“Room tired, very hot as upstairs. No fan, ironing board or iron. No mini fridge to store cold drinks. Room very small, uneven floor with shower over the bath. Staff were nice and friendly. Bar and restaurant not great. Ran out of glasses, coffee machine was broken. Food ok but not great. items not available at 6pm on a Friday evening. Breakfast items not available.”

“The family room overlooking the sea on the second floor was spacious, with comfortable beds and lots of little extras in the room to make us feel welcome. The Inn's accommodation is above a large and busy restaurant, which was cheery, not leery, and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.”

“Top level floors have rooms with slanted ceilings. This takes up air space and makes those rooms a bit awkward to move. The tanks up there make loud noises when filling too. May be a more pleasant stay if you book rooms on the 1-2 floor. Nice bar/brunch area downstairs and friendly staff. Near downtown.”
