โWe stayed here for a quick weekend to see a show on Hilton Head Island and it was the perfect place. Very quiet, new and well maintained. Lots of close, easy dining and easy access to the island.โ
โThe hotel and grounds are immaculate and the staff are wonderful. We loved walking around exploring the surrounding area and the evening sโmores by the fire were a total hit. Would stay here again in a second.โ
โThis place is just barely holding on. None of the ice machines worked, there were guests sitting in the hallway due to multiple people (MULTIPLE) staying in the rooms, I think they were permanent. No breakfast. If I would have known all these things in advance I would have paid more and stayed somewhere else.โ
โHad a lovely stay! Excellent service all around! The hotel shuttle is quick and easy. They took us to dinner in sea pines and to the beach. Loved the service at the beach with nice chairs and umbrellas, bottles of water and waiter/waitress service. โ
โBeen there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. โ
โWe really enjoyed our stay here. 5 people were able to sleep comfortable. They do not clean your room daily but you can get clean towels etc. from front desk. Breakfast was decent, don't expect gourmet when it's free. Price was very good and located in a good place. โ
