"My recent stay here in San Bernardino was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before we arrived. There was visible mold throughout the shower, and while showering there was a strong moldy smell that made the experience very unpleasant. The tile on the walls had dirt buildup along them, which made it obvious the bathroom had not been properly scrubbed. The bedding was also in poor condition. The blankets and sheets had cigarette burn holes in them, and the blankets felt stiff and crusty, which was very uncomfortable. On top of that, the motel requires a $55 deposit hold (either cash or card), which I found unreasonable considering the poor cleanliness and condition of the room. For a property charging a deposit, guests should at the very least expect a clean and properly maintained room. Overall, this was not a good experience and I would not stay here again."

"I stayed here with my mom for two nights because I was looking for a calm and pleasant environment, and it turned out to be a very good choice. The lobby is cozy and the entire hotel has a nice, welcoming vibe. Everything felt clean, safe, and well maintained, and there was plenty of parking available. Our room was very spacious and spotless, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, perfect if you’re mainly looking for a quiet place to rest. I also appreciated that the hotel has a curfew for guests, which helps keep the atmosphere peaceful. The staff mentioned that many flight crews stay here (we did see them), and since they usually just come to rest and leave early, the hotel tends to stay very quiet most of the time. There’s also a lovely outdoor garden with a large pergola where you can sit and enjoy a bit of nature, and the pool area looked very clean and inviting. Another big plus is the location, there’s a commercial area around the hotel with plenty of restaurants, shops, and services, many of them within walking distance. The only thing I personally didn’t love was the breakfast, which I found a bit below average, although it may be perfectly fine for most people."
