Hotel novo, bem localizado, nota 10 em limpeza. Porém, tive que dar duas estrelas porque o mais importante deve ser priorizado: camas com tamanhos decentes e opções de conforto dos colchões. As camas de solteiro são ridiculamente pequenas e as de casal idem. Os colchões tão firmes que não conseguíamos dormir com dor nos ombros e nos quadris. Como ter um bom dia no dia seguinte? Quero chamar a atenção para a falta de regras na área social do hotel em relação à mesa de bilhar: deixaram crianças ficarem jogando bolas de bilhar com as mãos e gritando, o que estava incomodando muita gente que ali estava tomando café da manhã, além do risco de se machucarem.

Desde a chegada, fomos muito bem recebidos por uma equipe atenciosa, cordial e sempre disposta a tornar a estadia ainda mais especial. A estrutura do hotel é excelente. A localização também é privilegiada. O quarto era confortável, limpo, bem organizado... A limpeza e a manutenção do hotel também merecem elogios, pois tudo estava sempre muito bem cuidado. O café da manhã, em especial, foi excelente. Também recomendamos muito o atendimento do hotel. Todos foram muito educados e prestativos, fazendo com que nos sentíssemos acolhidos durante toda a estadia.
