โWe chose Palmerston area rather than Darwin itself for convenience to where we needed to be. Also it was much more reasonably priced and the reviews of Darwin city hotels were generally pretty low whereas Rydges had rave reviews.
We can see why. We have stayed in many hotels both in Oz and overseas and Rydges Palmerston was right up there with the best. Everything was spotless and each detail meticulously cared for.
Itโs worth visiting for the amazing indigenous artwork on all walls alone....

โVery impressed with the accommodation, fantastic value for money. Quiet location minimal road noise. Staff absolutely lovely and very very clean. Breakfast could have some hot options but otherwise very very happy with our stay ๐โ
