"The man at the desk on check in was lovely and very hospitable. Had dinner in the restaurant and at first the waitress was nice but when I went to pay she asked "how was everything " didn't get time to even open my mouth and she had walked off and the lovely African waitress made the excuse, sorry we are busy, ( only two other tables in the restaurant) because I thought it was rude that she asked me a question and proceeded to walk off. The meals were average, definitely microwaved. Frozen veg with the barramundi LOL for the price and the impressive sounding menu to when the food came out, completely different. I do like to stay at the Rockford, but either change the price of the food, or improve the quality. It was quite tasteless. The side dish Brazilian rice was just a bit of white rice with some spicy salt?"

"It’s cheap….and pretty poor. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen equipment were dirty. Towels were old and need updating. No outdoor lighting (well not turned on) when trying to get into the room at night. I’ve stayed there before and it’s really dropped in the three years in between. I stay in the Barossa all the time but won’t be back."
