“The staff was very helpful in our check in process, and the room was clean but very dated like from the 70s. Didn't mind that so much, but the lighting in the hall was not bright enough to see the numbers on the keypad to open the door without some sort of hand held light. The remotes on our TV did not function at all and was stuck on one channel. It turned the TV on and that was about it. The bed was not real comfortable but served the purpose. “The room was immaculate and decorated creating a warm feeling. I can't speak enough about staff, Welcoming, extremely helpful and friendly in answering questions about restaurants, outdoor activities and much more. I will definitely stay again and again at Waypoint.”
