"Lovely property and room. Stay in 101, 103 etc to zip into the fitness, laundry and pool. The pool is open from 10am to 10pm. The lobby has a good ambiance with expensive look. It's 20mins from Bush airport. Normal checkout 11am but you can extend it to 12noon. Don't stay later. They will charge you extra. Great value for money. No airport shuttle"

"An extra $100 was deducted from my account besides the $100 already removed upon check-in for incidentals fees. According to front desk "it's the system that automatically does it", so i told them so it's $200 for incidental fees. They said no because as soon as you check out the $100 go back to your account. Then what about the other $100 which are still pending to be returned or deposited back to me."
