Jun 18, 2019We believe the receptionist was not a customer oriented person. I forgot my phone charger and she wanted to charge me $15.00 to send it to me As courtesy they should absorb that cost for their repeating customers.

Apr 8, 2019Heating radiator system confusing. Could use simple repairs like removing peeling border wallpaper, patching cracked plaster ceilings and updating the elevator appearance. But all worked and bed was comfortable.
