“Pros: Monique - the guest service agent from the reception was amazing! Would always get back to my calls and provide assistance accordingly, she even got me painkillers when I was unfortunately having bad cramps during my holidays! Spacious place! Cons: One of our friends at the twin single bed rooms’ bed had old stains on her linen, so she wasn’t too comfortable in sleeping in it. And the floors were a bit dirty! Wifi was very weak. Parking was a little tight but overall is a very affordable...

“First of all picture represented on the Internet was not the room that I got. In saying that I was very happy with the room, as it was a lovely room. The room had no Internet connection which was not displayed prior to purchase. That cost me a lot of money purchasing my own data which made the cost of my stay much more than a normal accommodation would have cost. After speaking to the manager Kate, she tried to tell me that Internet was complimentary and that in two weeks that would be fixed....

“Room was clean and qiluite large but reception desk closes at 6pm so when you need something after then, hard to get it. Convenient store & restaurants are far from the hotel.”

“This place exceeded our expectations, it’s at the top of a hill which is easily walkable so the view is exceptional! The host was so kind and helpful as well and being that we are from Canada we had a few questions! My daughters and I enjoyed ourselves so much, eating dinner on our patio while watching the cockatoos all around us. I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it!”
