“Younger staff needs a training course on customer service and overall hospitality. Hotel was being cleaned and maintained from top to bottom. Day three was much better than day 1. ”
“Hotel was great! Staff amazing. Had a few issues with getting our room serviced. Had to keep asking front desk for clean towels. Told front desk Tuesday evening we would be gone (with our dog) for at least 14 hours on Wednesday starting at 5:30am and to service our room. Even had tag on door stating so. Return Wednesday evening and our room was STILL not serviced. Finally serviced on Thursday with fresh sheets and towels.
Breakfast is not as expected for $7. Two tiny waffles and a 1/2...
“I stayed for a night with my family. This hotel is located near the emerald isle. And the room was clean and comfortable. But the breakfast was not good. Also we saw a big roach in the room.”

The owner was there everyday and she made sure we enjoyed our stay. My kids loved it here! Will definitely go back and would recommend staying here to anyone. ”
