Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff, hotel, rooms, shuttle service, restaurant, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in a quiet, secluded area with nothing within walking distance, but there is plenty to do on site. The complimentary shuttle provides convenient transportation to Seven Mile Beach and George Town during the day. Don't miss the Stingray City adventure with Capt. Shaun, which departs directly from the resort—it was one of the highlights of our trip! When you want to explore the island, getting around is easy since Grand Cayman is relatively small, and taxis are readily available. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort, and we would definitely come back.

Helpful staff and good amenities. Location is a bit out of the way which can be good if you want a more peaceful vacation. Not walking distance to anything but the staff is good at getting local taxi drivers when needed. Restaurant food is good and staff is very friendly.

The resort is nice for the value. We had to have our room changed twice because the first room smelled horrible and the second room didn't give us the view the first room gave us. The third room was miserable!!! We got the nice view.. but the ac didn't work. My husband has a medical condition that the ac not working definitely didn't help!! The fan buzzed the entire time and literally only pushed hot air around. Since we were there a limited time it didn't make sense to change rooms again. The restaurant was a little pricey, the beach I wouldn't get in and the activities weren't available. This wouldn't be a first choice hotel for me in the future. The staff wasn't very accommodating and that made the frustrations heightened.
