I’ve been visiting Vegas multiple times a month over the past couple decades. I’ve stayed at many hotels. The Horseshoe’s staff has hands down the most helpful and courteous staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet.

Casino floor and restaurant looked amazin

Location was great! Everything walking distance, the only bad thing was alot of homeless people right outside the doors at the hotel, maybe try to not let them be right outside the doors, couple of times we had to walk around them just to open the doors.

The property and rooms are a little dated but very comfortable. Very convenient being on the monorail line, easy to get to other part of Vegas.

Convenience of services needed and achieved as required. Generally, there was good security and place was quiet and safe to be.
