As you would imagine it’s very compact and very homely. It was lovely to listen to the ocean at night and see all the bird life. We were greeted at the door by Liz (the owner along with her partner Lee) and immediately felt very welcomed. She gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant within walking distance and it turned out to be a lovely suggestion. The home is well kept! At breakfast the next morning (which was quite tasty) we chatted with Lee and he gave us helpful perspectives on the area around us. We would have loved to have spent more than just one night!

The hotel was really nice. The included breakfast was a bonus, but i have to say the 2 top things that made this a wonderful experience were the 5 course tasting menu and the gentleman that waited on us every day-Jacob! He is spectacular. He was very helpful, extremely informative, and very charming. He checked us into the hotel, made us drinks and then walked us thru each course of the meal, which surprisingly was one of the best meals i have had in a long time- and i just got back from Paris....

Loved it! High quality linens and bath furnishings. Large rooms. Ben was fabulous. He was genuinely kind and accommodating and a hard worker! He popped up everywhere…restaurant and whiskey room. The whiskey room was what drew us here. Enjoyed it immensely the first night. Sadly, due to Covid hitting their staff, they did not have staff for it the 2nd night. Rebecca at the front desk did an amazing job handling the rude guest in front of me in line to check out. The invoices break out breakfast...
