O hotel é novo e limpo. Porém, algumas situações poderiam ser melhores: tomada ao lado da cama estava sem espelho e não funcionou. A entrada do hotel é mal iluminada e se confunde com a saída. Tem restaurante, mas não tinha cardápio no quarto. Oferece apenas uma marca de água. Não tem ninguém disponível e com iniciativa para auxiliar com a bagagem, hotel sem elevador. Café da manhã muito bom, cama confortável e chuveiro ótimo.
