The staff didn’t care about the customer at all I ask to clean the room everyday that I was there and they only clean once . Very disappointed , had to go everyday to the front desk to ask to reset my key because was not working properly.. and the staff was really mean did not care about the costumer at all .

Best location in Curitiba
The hotel's location is great, next to many restaurants, bars and malls. The Wifi is excellent and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room is heated, which helps since Curitiba can get very cold.

Gostei muito deste hotel pois o quarto nao era apertado como outros que ja me hospedei da rede Ibis. Roupa de cama macia e cheirosa, boa ducha e toalhas, tv grande e cafe da manha com varias opções. Adorei a oferta de janta no estilo buffet com poucas opcoes, mas tudo muito gostoso. Foi ótimo pois pegamos chiva e nao precisamos sair do hotel para jantar. Alem disso, criancas ate 12 anos não pagavam. Recomendo e voltaria.
