The property is in need of renovation. There is mold on the windows, the bed Is very uncomfortable the carpets in the hallways are dirty the rooms are old and not nice. I would not recommend this place.

The room it’s nothing like it shows in the photos. Not clean, very bad mattress, old towels, horrible breakfast. The lobby had strong smell coming from sewer... after comment with front desk, the person told she couldn’t smell anything wrong... On my second day, I left early, came back after 3pm and the room was still not clean, bed still messy and not clean towels... very dissatisfying

Um hotel razoável, porém tem coisas as quais podem ser melhorada, como o atendimento ao hóspede em seu quarto, não se tem um serviço de quarto, no qual podemos ser atendidos, eu por exemplo senti sede durante a madrugada, entrei em contato com recepção para solicitar, os mesmos disseram que eu teria que descer ao térreo para comprar, eu estava no andar 15, desci e quando fui comprar a água, me foi informado que só tinham água com gás, mas quando perguntei pelo telefone foi informado sobre água mineral sem gás. Alimentação: a alimentação estava boa, tinha várias opções de alimentos para o café da manhã, a moça da cozinha super atenciosa e solicita, atendeu a todos com um belo sorriso no rosto e com um Bom dia saudoso e cativante.

Aparentemente o hotel está passando por melhorias, mas ao chegarmos fomos avisados que não tinha quarto disponível, pois houve vazamento no hotel, então nos transferiram para outro hotel da rede, de qualidade muito inferior por uma noite, onde somente pudemos retornar as 14h do dia seguinte. No quarto, o banheiro com espelho velho, cheio de manchas e a manta branca fornecida visivelmente não foi lavada e higienizada, pois encontrava-se com manchas. O que salvou foi a cama, muito confortavel e tamanho do quarta que é bem grande. Acredito que após as reformas deva ficar bom, pois localização também é excelente.

Precisa melhorar
Atendimento ágil e cordial da recepção, o "hall" do hotel tem visual moderno, um cafezinho muito bom na recepção. O quarto que ficamos deixou muito a desejar, box do banheiro com cortina, a água não esquentou o suficiente, o café da manhã tem o suficiente, porém o café estava morno e não tinha onde esquentar.
