"We are traveling as a side to a business trip and as a couple really are pleased that this is outside the bustle of town. The grounds are immaculate. Although we aren’t traveling with family, I believe this would be an excellent choice for families. They have pickle ball, a basketball court and 2 pools (inside and outside). Flowers are beautiful. Custer has a good variety of food choices and is less than a mile away "

"This is a newer hotel and it shows. Staff was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. A few random things to note: the front door is not automatic which makes it interesting to get luggage inside on a windy day. The elevator is the size of a postage stamp which only matters if you are trying to bring luggage up. The architect should be flogged for the design. Custer is a tiny town so the hotel is close to everything. "

"First the one thing we didn’t like - there is no elevator and our room was on the second floor. But staff was friendly and check-in and check-out went well. Bed were comfortable, lots of hot water and thick towels for showers. OK breakfast - cereals, bread and toaster, milk, orange juice, coffee, bananas, oranges, cold hard-boiled eggs. Right in the heart of Custer. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants. We’d recommend - but ask for a room on the first floor if stairs are an issue. "
