“We were in the studio apartment for 6 people and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space, comfortable beds/sofa beds and the bathroom looks brand new and well stocked with toiletries. We had our dog with us and there's plenty of grassy area outside the hotel. It's right next to a petrol station and shop with lots of things to put together dinner in the apartment. The staff were so lovely and helpful and even did a load of washing for us! Overall, it was a great stay and we'd definitely come here...

“I like the balcony. I dont like the way the bathroom was built ,the shower area should have been contained because water goes below the toilet and i find it unhygienic. Also no windows and air-conditioning. ”

“Excelente! Apartamento com tudo novo, boa estrutura conforme anunciado, anfitrião muito acessível e prestativo. Vi que alguém reclamou das portas/janelas estarem danificados, mas estão perfeitas! São modelos com vedação dupla contra som e frio e abrem em dois sentidos, horizontal (porta) e vertical (ventilação). Boa localização 10 minutos da estação de trem a pé. Não tenho nada a reclamar e certamente me hospedaria novamente.”

“The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

“Kommunikation war mühsam, trotz schriftlicher Kommunikation via Hotels.com-Chat wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin zwecks CheckIn angerufen um einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Dieser muss 30min vor Ankunft erneut telefonisch bestätigt werden. Nur um dann zu erfahren, dass der Schlüssel in der Box deponiert ist. Informationen betreffend Checkout haben wir 6Stunden nach Checkout-Termin erhalten.. Bad, insbesondere Dusche sind stark verkalckt ansonsten sauber. Zentrale Lage in Dudelange.”

“Le logement était très sécurisé facile d'accès. Très spacieux avec de belles pièces notamment le grand espace salon cuisine et les 2 grandes chambres. Très bien insonorisé aucun bruit extérieurs. Par contre nous avons été extrêmement choqués de constater que la criminalité (dealers, prostitution, agressions,... et j'en passe, fasse partie du décor et, ce à tout juste 50 mètres de la résidence où nous avons séjourner et de très bonne heure il était 21h. "직원분들은 엄청 친절하고 좋았는데 객실 카페트 청결 상태가 별로 였습니다. 흙이 그대로 남아 있고 냄새도 약간 나서 청결한 상태는 아니었습니다. 변기 내부도 그렇구요. 다만 침구류나 샤워시설은 깔끔했습니다. 아침식사도 가성비 좋았구요."

"객실은 아주 청결하고 넓고 훌륭했습니다. 다만 객실 및 건물 출입시 와이파이 문제 때문에 앱이 작동하지 않아 3시간 넘게 들어가지 못했습니다. 프런트데스크나 없고 예약시 받은 건물관리인은 너무 불친절해 해당 문제해결에 전혀 도움을 받지 못하고 추운겨울 너무 고생했습니다. 나혼자 여행이어서 결국 휴대폰 유심을 교체하고 나서야 겨우 출입이 가능했습니다.(경찰의 도움) 객실은 흠잡을 곳 없습니다만 이런 말도 안되는 상황이 또 발생할 수 있으므로..다시 숙박할지는 미지수입니다."
