"$15 to park in their lot. Come on just add it into the room price or let your customers park for free. Breakfast sucked. It was basically like a motel 6. The carpet was wore the curtains had holes. The heater smelled when turned on. There was pills on the floor in the main hallway. "

"This is absolutely one of the best motels ive ever stayed because its clean, the staff is amazing and helpful and there are great restaurants close by and its easy to get to ucsf parnassus and mission bay hospitals "

"Clean room, fast and friendly service. There's a restaurant with a decent menu, and a nice bonus is a free shuttle to the airport. Long-term parking is available, which is very convenient."

"Basic quick place to stay. Have stayed a few times and it’s a nice quick stopping place. Hated the new check in through a computer"

"Where do I begin? Curtains didn’t close completely so anybody walking by could see in. Light from outside shone onto bed at night from curtain slit. Bathroom was very small ( have photos) and very poor quality ( Had Motel 6 bar soap as hand soap, got picture) Desk and furniture in poor condition( didn’t even sit in chairs that looked to have ground in dirt). No power plugs near desk or bed to plug in phone or computer chargers. The list could go on but saving best for last. The flooring near the far wall felt to drop off a couple of inches feeling like an issue with the foundation in some way. "
