"Golf Hall of Fame has moved. The property seems abandoned. The roof was leaking in the lobby. Room was in poor condition. Amenities were outdated and/or in poor condition. There is no way I would have paid $200+ per night if I had seen the place in person, prior to booking. Staff was nice."

"My husband and I are very disappointed with this hotel. Before I list the bad I will say that the room was surprisingly clean. The bathroom was clean, but needs an update. The Lakeview and pool very nice. Here we go; the elevators were dirty and the carpet on the 3rd floors was even worse. Stains throughout the entire hallway, the walls are dirty and the paint is coming off the doors. We were afraid to enter the room. After watching the TV for a couple hours, the remote will not change the channel. We went down for breakfast at 9:29am the staff said we had two minutes to get breakfast after the front desk told us that breakfast was not over until 10 AM. We paid 25 for this breakfast the only thing that was edible was a yogurt. The eggs were burnt, no cream cheese for the bagels and the French toast cold and tasted like styrofoam. I can go on but will stop. I normally do not write reviews, but I do not want anyone to have to experience what we did !!"

"Couldn't check in until someone came to let me in. Staff informed me that management had made decision to keep door locked 24/7. Only one elevator for building. About 50-60 rooms per floor, real fire hazard. Building located 50 ft from I-295, constant road noise. No luggage dollies or ice machines. Will never stay here again ."
