This is a really great hotel and I enjoy the location and interior very much. We had a spacious room with very high sealings. The grounds and area are wonderful. The service is very good overall, but our dinner was not very enjoyable. It took far too long for the food to arrive and the quality wasn't the best. The pizza was terrible. I hope that they will improve their dinner service as it was not up to par with the rest of the experience. I would like to thank Ms. Thanh Nguyen for her kindness to me and my family. She left a very touching handmade card.

We had a great stay at the resort. It is a beautiful place on a hill next to a lake. I enjoyed the scenery. You can walk in the resort near the lake and enjoy the view. They also have facilities for fishing, canoeing and having a boat trip on the lake. We did the boat trip that was for 20 minutes on the lake. The scenery was pleasant and you can enjoy the view. The hotel staff is very helpful and pleasant. Even during breakfast they made for use a fresh vegetable meal with noodles, because we are vegetarian. The room was clean, and had all the facilities we needed.

Beautiful property on the lake. Too bad their pool was cold and not heated as it said on the website. We thought we could use the indoor pool so we booked it fir cold days. The reception service was okay not 5 star excellent. The fpod was way too overpriced for their lack of quality. We paid for an expesive Pho soup but got instant soup with old tough meat that was like from frozen. I love their fireplace and tub. Everything about dining was not up to standard. Breakfast buffet okay. Food was cold.

In general this hotel is good to excellent. Surrounding gardens And lakes are beautiful but the room isn't soundproof good. I couldn't sleep well during 2 nights I stayed there. You can hear the next door neighbor talking, laughing, pull chairs. It's pretty annoying and getting headaches. I did asked the hotel staff to do something about it but almost nothing happened. Very disappointed 😞

Not a 5 Star Stay

Ok so here's the deal. The staff is excellent, very helpful and supportive. The common areas are beautiful. The shuttle is great. Here are the BUTS: 1). Beds are AWFUL. I literally have bruises on my hips because how the slats can be felt through the mattress. 2). Food is sub par and INSANELY overpriced, especially for what it is. Breakfasts are ok, but the fruit selection is basic - not regional offerings or tasty. 3). Our room had water stains in the ceiling and a mantle that was missing the fireplace. For the price, not worth it. Unless you want to get away in the nature and that's beautiful.

The entire place was wonderful! Staff was amazing. Henrich, the GM, was engaging, conversational, accommodating to everyone at the resort. Highly recommend! It is a very beautiful property!

到着したのが夜だったので、本当にこんなところにホテルがあるのか心配なくらい静かで辺鄙なところにありますが、落ち着いて過ごすには快適な宿でした。建物は古くて歴史がありそうですが、清掃や庭の手入れが行き届いています。 市街地までは少し距離があり、車で30分ほどかかりますが、湖畔に面していてカヤックやボートもあるので、涼しい高原で静かにのんびり過ごしたい方には、最適だと思われます。アクティブに街歩きやツアーに参加したい方にはちょっと不便かも

달랏에덴시레이크리조트 숙박 후기

호수옆에 조용한 리조트. 힐링하기 너무좋다. 호수옆으로 산책로는 정말 최고다. 공기가 신선하고 상쾌하여 머리가 시원해지고 맑아지는 느낌이었다. 꽤 많은 객실을 보유하고 있어서 조망권에 따라 방수량에 따라 금액이 틀려지는거같다. 방컨디션도 깨끗하고 좋았으나 화장실 환기팬소음이 너무 컫는데 끌수도 없어서 조금 불편했다. 아무래도 호수와 산속이라 벌레도 좀있다. 이런건 감안해야한다. 직원들의 서비스 수준도 매우 높다. 친절하고 요청한것에 즉시 대응해준다. 메인건물뒤로 동물농장이 있는데 꿩과 공재, 사슴, 닭들이 자유롭게 노는것을 볼수있어 좋다. 그러나 들어갈수는 없다. 아침 조식메뉴도 그정도면 훌륭하다. 이렇게 외진곳에서 한식을 바랄순없다. 메뉴중 김치가 있다는것이 신기했다. 서비스쿠폰으로 애프터눈티를 먹었는데 즐기기에 충분했다. 다시 올것이다.

Great resort and setting. Please think about replacing hard mattresses for an even more comfortable stay. The path around the lake was inaccessible in places which should be addressed and please offer sandwiches at afternoon tea for a more authentic experience. Nice stay at Edensee

Edensee is about 20-25 minutes outside of town on a lake. It is very quiet and peaceful with pine trees. There is a shuttle bus to town, but the times that it runs are not very convenient. There should be a shuttle just before or at lunch time into town. Otherwise there is one before breakfast ends and one after lunch. Breakfast was mainly Vietnamese with some Western options. Besides the breakfast buffet, the restaurant staff does not seem to know the menu well or able to answer questions about the menu and need more training in this regard. The staff overall are very friendly and try to be helpful. The level of English was quite good. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with nice bedding. The bathrooms are large with a jacuzzi tub. There were some ants on the bathroom floor throughout the stay though. The hotel offers many activities onsite like kayaking and archery. There is a nice trail around the hotel and benches to sit by the lake. It is very peaceful and beautiful.
