Best stay in Hoi An!

We were so happy here! The staff is so nice and goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and have everything you need. They even cooked us a complimentary meal when everything was closed on the holiday. We tried to extend our stay because we didn’t want to leave but it was fully booked. Will be back!

New, Clean, and Amazing!

This has been my favorite hotel in Vietnam! The hotel is brand new and very nice. Amazing buffet style breakfast with fresh eggs. The staff are extremely helpful with anything you need. Great location with local restaurants and coffee places nearby. They provide bikes if wanted, and it's about a 5 min ride to the Old Town area.

Nice location, clean, quiet n not very far from Hoian old town, abt 1.2km walk or can take electric taxi which can occupied up to 10 pax in one short, only 10,000vnd per pax. Warm, helpful n passionate staff s. Strongly recommended, will come back to stay again.

チェックイン時間よりも早く到着しましたが、清掃が完了していると言うことで、すぐにチェックインが出来ました。スタッフの皆さん、笑顔で速やかに対応してくれ、心地よいホテルでした。自転車を無料で借りられましたので、旧市街やビーチへの移動も手軽に出来ました。いくつかの相談事などがありましたが、レセプション担当のＹｅｎさんにはたいへんお世話になりました。また利用したいです。

De skulle se efter vores kufferter, hvor de putter dem i en bus med andre turister, fordi de tror det er deres. Hvis ikke vi selv havde opdaget at kufferterne var væk så var de kørt med en anden bus. Meget uprofessionelt. Og meget dårlig service omkring det efterfølgende.

Nous avons aimé l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. L’hôtel est très bien situé à 15 min du vieux centre. En plus l’hôtel prête des vélos si vous souhaitez y aller. Les chambres sont très confortables et bien équipées et le petit déjeuner est varié, nous y avons passé 4 nuits.

가성비는 좋아요,새벽도착이라 첨에는 방구조가 이상하다 생각했어요,4박이라 있다보니 가성비로 택한거라서 괜찮음,위치는 별로 신경안씀,왜?그랩타면되고 아니면 콜택시이용,단점이라면 아침마다 노래소리가 엄청커요, 사실이것도 테라스 문닫으면 거의안들리지만 주변소음이니 참고하시구요, 조식 가성비는 괜찮아요, 향신료냄새 거의안남,풀장은 크진안치만 깊이가 80~170센치 아이들은 무조건 튜브있어야 놀수있음,한국어는 전혀못하구요,저도 영어못함,어플사용,물잘나오고 변기 잘내려감,패밀리룸 박당봉사료포함 4만원대였음,참고로 한국사람 4박동안 우리뿐이었음,그래서 여행온기분 많이듬,

We booked this property and paid in full 5 months before our trip, when we got to this hotel, we were placed in a room in the hotel next door called Golden Holiday, when we complained this was not the room or hotel we booked we we told they were booked out, and could move us the next day, which we excepted. Head receptionist was not nice and acted coldly towards us for our remaining stay. The rest of the staff were ok.

Strongly recommend this hotel

Stayed 3 nights here for family trip. Very quiet location. 20 mins walk from old town and 3 km away from An Bang beach - less than 70,000 VND taxi fare. Breakfast was nice.

로즈가든호텔에서 3박4일 connected room에서 숙박하였습니다. 아주 늦은 체크인(4:00)에도 친절하게 도와주어서 매우 감사했습니다. 우선 객실과 직원들의 서비스는 매우 만족하였습니다. 또한 조식은 음식의 종류는 많지 않지만 좋았습니다. 그리고 걸어서 5분거리에 은행이 있어 환전도 편하게 하였습니다 단점으로는 샤워기 온수의 조절이 조금 힘듭니다. 호이안 구도시갈때 프론트에서 택시를 불러달라면 됩니다. 30000동나옵니다. 아무튼 전반적으로 만족한 호텔입니다.

良かった。

家族四人で泊まったが部屋も広く快適でした。バスタブもあり、珍しくお湯も十分に出ました。観光地から距離はありますが、歩ける範囲です。朝食は種類はあまり多くなかったですが、この価格帯のホテルにしては良い方だと思います。コスパの良いホテルでした。
