" Excellent service from the moment we arrived , our luggage was handled with care from the curb to our room, we received a warm welcome from the staff with a drink and a rose as it happened to be international women’s day… such a thoughtful gesture! The room was very clean and towels and linens were a great quality. We enjoy our balcony and a view of the beach. We enjoyed the breakfast , whatever you wanted they had … very enjoyable! "Overall our stay was very pleasant. However the room had only 2 adult robes, even though I have indicated in my reservation that there would be 2 adults and 2 kids. When i approached the staff at front desk to ask for kids robes, they refused. We just wanted to experience wearing kimono altogether. "
