“Wonderful wooden cabin in the middle of Daintree forest, reached by a wooden path from reception – luggage trolleys available! We arrived late but the keys were in a lock box with easy instructions. Staff and restaurant food were excellent. Would loved to have stayed longer. We did a night walk and went down to explore the beach in the morning. Beautiful location”

“Excellent ‘rainforest’ experience. Lodges right on the edge of the rainforest, surrounded by lush plant. Lodges neat, tidy and clean. Cooper’s Creek swimming holes amazing, absolutely natural creek running through thick rainforest on the property with quick, easy access; swimming morning and night in the creek was the highlight of the stay. “We had a great stay. George the owner is very proud of his property and showed us all around his gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Very convenient to Daintree Discovery Center. All damage from the December 2023 “extreme rain event” have been repaired. Don’t hesitate to book. You can have breakfast and dinner at the hotel cafe. Otherwise, there are very limited restaurant options, and no markets nearby, so stock up before you get on the ferry, either at Mossman or Port Douglas....
