"The parking was an issue. Plan on paying for valet parking because they have about 2 parking spaces where guest can park for free. Just be aware that will be an additional cost that you will have to pay. I was also told that I would get a receipt for my stay to see what I was charged and I never received it. I called customer service and they told me that because I booked through Expedia that there was nothing they could do to help me. So I feel like they are lacking in customer service. The hotel its self was nice the rooms were cool and the decor was nice. I liked the vibe of the place, but there are definitely some things that need to be improved on."
