"All in all, good experience. Check in instructions were very detailed and while it seems like a lot at first, we zipped through parking and the elevator switching was extremely fast. The room was in great shape. It felt very elegant for the price point. Two things: it would be useful to have room service for the tower club. Going down 49 floors to get food delivery is a bit of a pain. Elm Street is extremely loud going into the weekend. The walls of the room are thin and the sound machine does not work to block it out. On our final night, Cars were revving from 8pm to 4am straight — we did not sleep. Tons of screaming on the street. I wish I would have known as I probably would not have stayed here."

"We live in the area and wanted a place to have drinks by a pool and this did not disappoint. swim up bar, food poolside, and the rangers game on the big screen. We had dinner at Cut & Bourbon and our server Payton was outstanding! My bday staycation was perfect!! We will be back!"
