If I could live at the Gaylord Texan I would. They are beyond 5 star from the clean up crews to Hotel staff everyone is friendly and the attention to detail is on another level. My family felt like royalty during the entire stay.

Huge hotel with tons of amenities. Best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. Restaurants were good along with the toy store and gift shop. Staff were extremely good at their jobs. A little far away from anything but it has everything so you almost don’t need to leave.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Wonderful hotel all around! The staff members were particularly amazing to me as a woman traveling alone - they made sure I and others never had to say my room number out loud. It’s a fun place to stay whether you’re a solo adult or with a family.

When we booked it didn’t tell us the water park would be closed. Which is the main reason we booked for the kids. Had to go to great wolf lodge for the water park experience because they were open. Technically we stayed at the Gaylord just to sleep. Mmmm probably won’t go back

Its beatiful hotel nice staff and amenities but we had disabled chilad we reserved deluxe suit check in was at 4 we get there 315 and they gave our room at 6 c weo culdn't use pool and we ate dinner late and we checkout at 11 so no chance to having fun i won't come back again

The room’s were comfortable and clean. The bed’s were extremely comfortable and you can literally find anything you may need at the Texas Gaylord. We did laundry, we ate well, and we booked a second night as soon as we checked in since we knew we wouldn’t be able to tour this massive place in one night. They assisted us in getting to our next room which was very appreciated since my son and I had both gotten lost several times in our stay here. It’s super service and comfort for a hefty price but for a once in a lifetime experience I feel it’s worth the cost.
