Hotel was Hilton level with great staff, but even as a Hilton Honor member I did not recieve a late check out as I went through Expedia--which is less expensive. You get the room next to the elevator etc. yet in this hotel the room is still great with a kitchenette.

It’s dated and needs a little tlc in some areas but overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff is great, rooms are clean and we appreciated the service every other day taking out the trash, clean towels and beds made. Breakfast bar was great since everything in Dallas costs a small fortune. We also were able to wash/dry our clothes while working out. I would stay here again.

The room was clean. The shower door would not stay closed. It kept rolling open. We checked in and went to our room, however the keycard would not unlock the door. Went back down to speak to Anthony ( he was great) He said the battery may need to be changed on the door. He text someone in managment who for the life of me could not understand we never entered the room. He kept asking Anthony if our stuff was in the room. We were not able to unlock the door to get in. Apparently the hotel was booked. Anthony had to find us another room for 2 nights. He mentioned we may have to switch rooms on Saturday but he wasn't sure at that time. Check in took 45 min total. from 9 - 9:45 pm. There was 3 other people waiting to check in while Anthony was waiting on text from management or maintenance. Our room was nice and we would stay there again,
