The room was wonderful - very clean and had plenty of space. Kasa's communication was fantastic with the check in and check out instructions. My only complaint is that the parking garage is creepy and so are the buildings hallways. I wouldn't go in those places alone because it felt unsafe.

Home away from home!

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at Kasa Love Field-Medical. It is convenient to both my family and activities in Dallas. It is very comfortable with a full kitchen & washer/dryer. Lovely, very clean and relaxing environment. I like the virtual check in and help is just a text or call away. They are quick to respond. I’ve never been disappointed with my stay at Kasa Love Field-Medical District and highly recommend them.

The room was very clean, welcoming and my kitchen had everything from pans, spoons forks, to a Keurig. Rooms were nice and cool and I slept like a bear on their King size bed. Highly recommend.

Home away from home.

I was very pleased with my stay at Kasa- Love Field Medical District. My Kasa was very clean and well appointed. I was in Dallas to visit family and was able to host dinner one evening in my Kasa. I will be staying here again in the future.

This place was great! All virtual checkin with easy instructions and room was fully stocked with everything you may need. Fully stocked kitchen diahes, glassware, and utensils as well as pots and pans. Washer and dryer and lots of channels on TV. Would definitely stay here again!

Can’t complain

Very spacious apartment had plenty of room for me and my family! Bathrooms were huge and so was the closet space! The pool needed some cleaning so therefore we didn’t get in but it is a nice big pool space. We did put the kitchen to use and there was everything utensils wise we needed in the cabinets so that was a plus! It was a pretty good stay over all.

The staff is wonderful. Very attentive to any needs and very quick to respond. I was communicating about schedules and check out times while we were in Dallas for my wife’s survey. That night they came to my door with a bouquet of flowers and some fruits, nuts and cheese for us. What great customer service. We were minutes away from UT Southwest. Very convenient to the medical district. I would recommend this place to everyone.
