"Stayed three nights on vacation. Ideal location, close to trains, boats, old town, etc. All very walkable. Safe area and lots of shopping for the wife...LOL. Property clean and upscale, staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again."

"Best spa in Switzerland, perhpas in Europe. Our front desk agent, Daria, was very courteous and warm and made our stay extra comfortable. All the amenities, food, comfy bed, and blend with nature and hiking options made our stay truly relaxing. Will plan to come back for sure."

"Found a used band-aid stuck between the bed sheets. Rooms were set up for 3 people we only received 3 bath towels; no hand towels. They do not have hair dryers in the room; you can check one out at the front desk for a $20 Deposit. Not sure if they only have one as I had to share the dryer with my ..."
