"Expensive. No airport shuttle. Queue at the bar for food in the evening. Limited choice and poor quality.
Breakfast was lacking many items and coffee machines were running dry.
Nice room, pleasant lounge.
But visibly understaffed.
People rolling suitcases to and fro on uneven pavements and crossing two very busy roads to access the Air express 100 bus. Poor."

"Nice hotel. We loved the spa but it could use some updating. We lost power and water one one of our days here, which we had to get ready for a wedding that day, so that was a bit stressful, but the spa was open and had power and water so that was good. The rooms could use updating, but overall, weren’t bad. The restaurant was incredible, the food was truly the best we had on our entire trip in the UK. Overall, weren’t felt 4 starts was pretty spot on. The rooms were maybe more on the 3 stars...
