Able to check in early. Convenient and ample parking. Short drive to Karlovy Vary. The only drawback is that my room was on the ground floor and along the path to the hotel lobby, so it’s noisy when guests chats while walking or dragging luggage. And the lack of privacy means curtains were always drawn.

On the day of check in, we had come back to book for spa, lady at the reception does more than this job..l she takes care of other things as well.. but even after spotting us , she continued doing other stuff for another 5 to 7 mins, which was bit annoying.. breakfast was not as mentioned in the reviews. Glasses were smelling. Overall for the money it cost’s it’s not worthwhile. Even for SPA we needed to pay, I don’t know about other hotel of same price range if they are charging or it’s all included.

Ja, das Apartement war auf den ersten Blick sehr schön...allerdings wurde in der Woche von Montag bis Sonntag nicht einmal gereinigt, trotz Bitte am Mittwoch! Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer ging zu einem Schacht, laute Abluftgeräusche inklusive, einzige Lüftung blieb dann über eine vollständig geöffnete weit entfernte Balkontür. Die Dusche eine Fehlplanung, sieht schön aus, allerdings setzt man das halbe Bad unter Wasser. Beim Frühstück stehst du zum Teil, wenn es voll ist, vor leeren Schüsseln (Aufstriche, Salat). Das dreckige Geschirr steht sehr lange auf den Tischen, so dass die folgengen Gäste suchend durch den Gastraum rennen um einen sauberen Tisch zu finden. Unsere gebuchte Aromarelax-Massage (Ganzkörper 50 Minuten) war alles andere als eine Massage. Wildes und hecktisches verteilen von Öl auf dem Rücken, etwas auf den Beinen und einige Minuten Fußmassage. Mein Mann hat nach 20 Minuten abgebrochen... Fernseher funktioniert nur über WLAN, keine eingespeicherten Programme sondern nur Apps. Habe mich auf einen bekannten Videokanal privat eingelockt, damit wir überhaupt etwas Fernsehen konnten (Filme). Am Samstagabend brach die Verbindung im Minutentakt ab, war echt anstrengend. Die Damen an der Rezeption sprachen alle durchweg kein Deutsch. Insgesamt war der komplette Service weder freundlich noch motiviert. Schade, optisch wirklich schönes Hotel mit sehr viel Luft nach oben, Busverbindung unter der Woche im 40 Minutentakt am Wochenende stündlich.

Wir hatten einen kurzen, aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück überzeugte uns allemal. Es gab verschiedene Brötchen, Brot, sehr gutes Rührei mit Speck. Verschiedene Käse und Wurstsorten. Kaffee aus dem Automaten. Abends kann man wunderbar im Hotelrestaurant essen. Sehr gut und preiswert. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem ist das Parken kostenlos, Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Wir empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter!

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel, ein bisschen Abseits der Stadt. Das Zimmer sowie das gesamte Hotel war schön sauber und ruhig, das Personal sehr freundlich. Uns hat es ein wenig geärgert, das unser Essen im Restaurant zeitversetzt gebracht wurde, meine Frau bekam ihr Essen als ich schon fertig war, schade.. Die Matratze war ein bisschen schwammig, für uns zu weich. Ansonsten alles top!

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Parkplätze kostenfrei. Es ist etwas außerhalb, im Wald, dafür aber sehr ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe. Check in war schnell und auf deutsch. Das Zimmer klein aber sehr schön und sauber. Bad ist Klasse ! Betten bequem. Schallisolierung hervorragend so das man gar nichts hört. Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Viel Auswahl und alles frisch und schmeckte sehr lecker. Verschiedene Kaffees zur Auswahl. Ein Lob an das Restaurant Personal!! Das Service im Hotel war allgemein sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Schöne Lage, ungefähr 2,5 km Entfernung von Stadt Karlovy Vary, was auch gar nicht schlecht ist, dafür sehr ruhig. Wir haben das Hotel für 3 Nächte gebucht, das Deluxe-Doppelzimmer mit Terrasse, einfach Top, mit toller Aussicht, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück ist nichts besonderes. Die Krönung des Aufenthalts waren Gäste, die lautstark singend und stark alkoholisiert auf der Terrasse des Restaurants bis weit nach Mitternacht gefeiert haben. Dem Personal war es egal. Die Leute haben sich schlimmer benommen als auf Mallorca. Super, wenn man das Fenster direkt über der Terrasse hat.
