I stay at this hotel every time I am in the Chattanooga area, this weekend we were there celebrating my daughters 4th bday. My girls call this their adventure hotel and were not happy the 1 time that we stayed somewhere else. The staff is always welcoming, room is always clean, we all love the breakfast, and of course the indoor pool is great because we can use it rain or shine. This is our favorite hotel and one of the reasons I try to stay at a Hampton Inn wherever I travel.

Overall a good stay, however, the building needed maintenance (which the staff provided when brought to their attention). In our room the sink drained incredibly slowly and the air conditioning unit started squealing about midnight. The staff corrected both when it was brought to their attention the next morning. (Thanks!) Many of the trash cans around the property were full or overflowing as there seemed to be no schedule or person assigned to empty them. The room itself was clean and comfortable, WiFi was easily accessed and lights, television, iron, etc., all worked well. One issue however is the hotel DID NOT TAKE CASH. We generally hold the room with a credit card and pay with cash upon leaving. I was told the hotel did not take cash (which is illegal, cash is legal tender) but did not press the issue since this is a personal preference although quite disturbing that any institution in America won't take cash. Overall if I am traveling through the area again, I will try a different hotel as there are many located close by in Georgia and Tennessee.

We have stayed at this establishment two years in a row. The gentleman that checked us in is a very delightful person and checked us in both years. We asked for a room on an upper floor and you accommodated us well. Your place is very clean and friendly and we were very pleased with our room. Thank you very much for making our stay such a pleasure and if we would come this way again we would surely stay at your place again.
