We asked for a room on an upper floor and you accommodated us well. Your place is very clean and friendly and we were very pleased with our room. Pros: Our beds were comfortable; the water in the shower was hot and had good pressure; the pool and hot tub were relaxing. Cons: Breakfast was bad - rotten apples in the fruit basket, scrambled eggs swimming in water, no bagels or English muffins (just sliced wheat bread), thin waffle batter that didn't make waffles; nowhere to hang towels after showering (one little hook on the back of the bathroom door); toilet paper dispenser coming out of the wall in bathroom.

This is my third and final stay at this hotel. Check in went smoothly. The problems started the next morning. The "free" breakfast they use to entice you was inadequate compared to previous visits. There were no tops or sleeves for the coffee. The food had 1/4 the options they normally have. For example, they had out all of the condiments for oatmeal but no oatmeal. When asked for oatmeal, "we're out." If that were not enough, the maid came knocking on our door at 8:30am to clean the room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was out. We weren't scheduled to leave until 11am. She showed me on her list the room was listed as vacant. This happened the first time we stayed there as well. If you're visiting that area stay in the East Ridge section. We've never had an issue at a hotel just over the border in TN. This place will infuriate you.
