"My daughter and I loved our stay in the hotel. Staff were so helpful and both our rooms - residence and standard-were beautiful. Excellent location with subway a minutes walk and right at an airport bus stop. Across road from DDP building and good shops nearby. We intend to stay here again when we visit next year!"

"New hotel, very clean. Staff spoke basic English. Good location, close to subway stations. Underground parking is available if you have a car. emart24 store literally across the hall from the check-in desk and another convenience store (I think a GS25?) on the ground level across the street."

"Excellent room size and well equipped. Breakfast options were good and high quality. Location is very good for both the local market and also Line 2 (City Hall) subway (2 minutes from exit 9) which is great starting point for many journeys, and Line 1 is only a further 2 minutes away."

"Stayed for one night before flying out the next day. They offer triple rooms (3 twin beds) which was perfect for our party of 6. Only a short walk (500 m) from Seoul Station. Take the elevated walkway (called Seoullo 7017) from just north of the station (there is an elevator) and walk toward the hotel. Enter Soulista Bar & Cafe and the hotel desk is on the right. Check in/out was super easy, staff are excellent. Only a few blocks from Namdaemun market."

"Room was very nice and front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of options! Loved the location in that it was right in front of a subway station making it extremely convenient. Hotel provided free laundry facilities which was awesome. Loved the L’Occitane toiletries. One thing I did not like was that the shower door was a half shower door that could not be closed making showering quite inconvenient. Overall it was a great stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was fairly clean. Had some hair from previous guests or cleaning staff near the sink upon arrival, however. Other than that, the hotel was in a very convenient area, about 20 minutes from Seoul Station, 7 from City Hall Station, and 15 minutes from the Myeong-Dong area. House keeping replenished all amenities every day which was nice. I would stay here again."

"I liked everything. Clean comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. My Industrial Engineering/Ergonomics background marvelled at how smart their design was. The triple single beds are well thought out. Each person has a nightstand light and outlet - rare. Each bed has a bench with huge drawer at the foot so each person can quickly corral their clutter. The small couch sectional is comfy for all 3 people at once! The compact bathroom has a double sink which speeds up the morning routine consoderably. Always a yes. Excellent breakfast. Affordable do it yourself laundry. Gorgeous breakfast. Umbrellas freely available for use. As a contrast I also stayed at Signiel Busan (for 3x the price) and liked it considerably less, 2 nightstands and 1 sink for the 3 of us. And everything was an upcharge on top of the exorbitant price, or the free stuff unavailable (champagne happy hour was always too full for us or if it was windy the pool was closed. And you cannot iron your own clothes. And they track if you bring back your umbrella or not.) I guess going from Solaria (mid priced) to Signiel (luxury) was a huge shock in that I missed Solaria!!"
