"We were greeted by Lynn. She was the night concierge and was cheerful, intelligent, helpful and kind. One elevator did not work, the fitness center did not have any equipment that was in perfect working order other than the dumbbells. The swimming pool was great. Hot tub was nice and warm. "I enjoyed my stay at the Arya Hotel. Really loved the pool and the views. Please remind your front desk staff NOT to mention the guest room number out loud at check-in, especially for a woman travelling alone. Better to just point to the room number on the key holder. Another nice touch would be to explain that a key is needed in the elevator to reach the guestroom floor. Thank you."

"The rating overall was Excellent! The staff in the bar was sub par! About 12 people in bar and 3 people working. After waiting 20 minutes for service we left very frustrated. We went up to bar and bar tender brushed us aside saying someone would come. She did but was extremely rude"

"Wonderful property... loved the pool although it closes at 7ish so that was a little early and it is only 3.5 feet deep, but the rooftop patio is wonderful. Our room wasn't lit up enough so it was hard to see things with my old eyes. Overall we loved the location, but might try another property next time."
