But... it's the People that bring us back ! Every single staff member, every single visit, every single need or request, treat us (and all guests) like family. It is such a treat to see staff members love and support each other, show that they enjoy taking care of visitors, be efficient while wearing a smile. We truly believe that staff from Intercity Budapest should be teaching staffs in other buildings and other cities about professionalism, courtesy, customer care. "So close to the train station, walkable area, nice clean rooms, staff was lovely, great rooftop vibes & hotel bar downstairs! Wasn’t feeling the restaurant / food options for casual dining but it’s proximate to everything so that was a small detail! Great experience overall - would recommend for a quick stay! "

"The spa facilities are unique (for eg mosaic ceiling above the pool, architecture). The staff was superb, upgrading us to a suite as we were in Budapest for our wedding anniversary. Also persistent in getting Netflix to work on Day 1. All in great experience with Corinthia."
