Great location. Room was large and clean. Front desk staff was super helpful and nice. A/C worked great. The whole hotel is recently renovated and looks new and very stylishly done. Really cool rooftop bar (pool appears to be under construction still). 10/10 recommend!

Dear Expedia Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the HelloSky Airport Hotel in Rome, which I booked through Expedia. Considering that I paid approximately €300 for one night, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet even basic standards. The most concerning issue was that the kettle and the tea and coffee maker were dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned before my arrival. This was both unpleasant and unhygienic. For a hotel at this price point, I expected much better attention to cleanliness and quality. Overall, the experience was far below my expectations and did not reflect the value of what I paid. I booked through Expedia because I trust the quality of the accommodations offered on your platform, and this stay was very disappointing. The Rome air port hotel , switched me to Best western air port hotel , the hotel is amazing , lean new room , very nice staff , amazing breakfast , parking available, shuttle service available , I highly recommend recommend the best Western hotel
