"Even though I did my reservation in advance, they didn't have a room available upon my arrival. The person in charged walked me two blocks away to a building with rooms. The building was dirty and smeelly. No signs, no security regulations, elevators malfunctioning, everyone smoking all over the places, walls filtty and dirty. The room too smelly.
