"Good"

"Really luxury hotel, close to everything. Only downside is the corridors reeks of cigarette smoke. The shower was amazing and I could of stayed in there for ages."

"The hotel is the best of the best, especially the cleaning stuff on my floor. She always make sure that I have everything I would need. "

"This hotel is in the middle of Futian area, so it is is to go anywhere like convention center or big mall."

"Staff were polite. The location is convenient for accessing the railroad station to other parts of China. Close to the Hong Kong border crossing. Central to all other attractions around Shenzhen. Very comfortable & quiet oasis away from the hustle in the area. "

"our rooms are clean, spacious and bright. even the bathroom is huge! and i love the little walk-in wardrobe! never had one in a hotel before, what a pleasant surprise :) the housekeeping staff did a great job in keeping our rooms clean too. love our stay. will be back to Shangrila Futian if we visit SZ again."

"Very close to major attractions and the subway station. Walking distance to great restaurants and a mall. Coffee shop at the lobby has the best coffee."
